1. 7-Day Guarantee

Not happy with Lux IPTV? No problem. Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase and we'll process it. No questions, no hassle.

2. Who's Eligible

  • First-time customers only (one guarantee per household)
  • Request must be within 7 calendar days of purchase
  • Renewals and recurring payments are not refundable
  • Accounts terminated for terms violations are not eligible

3. How to Request

Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request" and include your registered email and order ID. We'll process it within 24-48 hours.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds take 5-10 business days to show up. Credit cards typically take 5-7 business days. PayPal refunds are usually instant.

5. Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in certain cases:

  • Mid-cycle cancellation after the 7-day window
  • Extended service interruptions
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

6. What's Not Refundable

  • Renewals you've already used
  • Service used beyond the 7-day refund window
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • One-time add-on purchases

7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We'll sort it out. Filing a chargeback without contacting us will result in immediate account suspension.
