1. Acceptance
By subscribing to Lux IPTV, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't subscribe. Simple as that.
2. What We Provide
Lux IPTV is an IPTV streaming service — live channels, VOD, and series delivered over the internet. Channel availability and lineup can change. We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee it 100% (no one can, and anyone who claims otherwise is lying).
3. Your Responsibilities
- You must be 18 or older
- Give us accurate info when you sign up
- Keep your login details to yourself
- Don't share your account with people who haven't paid
- Don't resell or redistribute the service without written permission
- Follow your local laws regarding streaming
4. Billing
You're charged based on the plan you pick at checkout. Prices are in USD. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Auto-renewals bill at the current rate unless you cancel beforehand.
5. Refunds
We offer a service guarantee, not a free return window. Refunds are issued when the failure is on our side — an outage longer than 24 hours, more than 3 outages in a month, a full service shutdown, or an account that never worked at all. The guarantee window runs from 7 days on monthly plans up to 3 months on annual plans. Approved refunds are pro-rata, minus taxes and processing fees. Change of mind and problems caused by your own ISP or devices are not refundable. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
6. Acceptable Use
- Don't use the service for anything illegal
- Don't try to bypass our security or DRM
- Don't scrape or automate content extraction
- Don't mess with our infrastructure
7. Liability
Lux IPTV isn't liable for indirect damages from using (or not being able to use) the service. Our liability is capped at what you paid for your subscription. We're not responsible for third-party streaming issues, content availability, or your internet connection.
8. Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You'll get an email notification. No refunds for terminations due to policy violations.
